ExhibitionThe event 8th APAC is expected to attract more than 400 delegates around the globe, including Coastal Engineers and Scientists, Port and harbor engineers, planners, decision makers, port operators, development and investment companies, consulting firms, marine contractors, dredging organizations, environmental specialists and research laboratories.
Exhibiting at 8th APAC will represent an unrivalled opportunity to project the skills and expertise of your company, showcase your products and reach a targeted audience of experts and decision makers in the marine sector around the world covering problems related to coastal Engineering, coastal Zone management, harbor and port Engineering, dredging and all other related activities along the coast.

As an Exhibitor you will enjoy
- One or more 3m x 2m shell exhibition spaces located in the conference venue in the vicinity of Coffee/Tea break lounge.

- Each exhibiting company will also receive a full conference delegate pass and an assistant pass which is eligible for accessing to lunch and coffee/tea corners.
EXHIBITOR PACKAGE
The exhibition will be limited to a maximum of 25 (3m x 2m) Shell Scheme Units. The shell scheme packages make exhibiting easy. All that is needed is to book your stand and location and the conference secretariat will provide you with walls, fascia, name board, power lighting and carpet. The cost of an exhibition stand unit (6sq m fixed format) is fixed as $2500 or 1,50,000/- and if two stalls are taken by the same company, it will qualify for a reduction of $500 or 30,000/- per additional unit.
THE SHELL SCHEME INCLUDES:
- Standard shell scheme walls.
- Fascia board with company name and stand number.
- Electrical package consisting of 1 power socket and 2 spotlights.
- Furniture and equipment can be provided at extra cost to suit your needs.
- One company entry in APAC 2015 exhibition catalogue.
BOOKING YOUR EXHIBITION STAND
To book your exhibition stand, you may confirm your participation with Conference Secretariat. The shell layout will be finalized by the end of April 2015 and you may select your preferred shell location from the floor plan on first come first basis. GENERIC SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
The following benefits apply to ALL sponsorships:- The logo of the sponsor will appear in the final announcement of the APAC 2015, book of abstracts and proceedings of the conference in CD-ROM. Please note that the third and final announcement will be released in May 2015 and hence, the confirmation from prospective sponsors should reach the organizers before end of April 2015.
- The names of the sponsors will prominently be displayed in the conference venue.
- One/ half/ quarter page profile of the sponsor will appear in the book of abstracts and the list of sponsor will be printed in the CD-ROM proceedings.
- The profile of the sponsors will be displayed as slide show near the conference venue as well as in the dining area during breaks.
- A mention of the sponsors with a thanks message will be made during opening and closing ceremonies of the conference.
- Company profiles and brochure (if sufficient quantity is supplied) will be distributed along with the registration kit to the full registered delegates.
