TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• IAHR Members will be eligible for reduction of 50US$• Each paper should have one registered delegate.
• One author can present only one paper.
• A major portion of registration fees of delegates from India will be covered by sponsors from government agencies. Hence, the fee structure for delegates, authors and accompanying persons from India will be Rs.15,000 ,12,000 and 10,000 respectively.
• Only papers of registered delegates will be published in conference proceedings.
• Only delegates registered in the International registration category will receive an Invitation letter for VISA purpose.
• Delegates registered under student category should submit a bonafide letter from the head of the department.
• Payment can be made through Online using Debit / Credit card or through DD
• Registration fees will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
• Accompanying person will not be allowed to enter the technical session.
• Student delegates should produce evidence that they are students.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
• All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to info@apac2015.com
• All cancellation received on or before 9th July 2015 will be entitled for 75% refund of the amount paid.
• All cancellation received between 10th July 2015 – 5th August 2015 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the amount paid.
• No refund for cancellation made after 6th August 2015
• The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
