Only delegates booked accommodation through conference website will get the transfers from Welcome Dinner & Banquet Dinner to respective hotels listed in the website.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Payment can be made online or through DD in favor of “ CIMGlobal India Pvt Ltd “ or online using your credit card.
• Room booking will be confirmed on realization of 100 % payment.
• Credit Card Charges @ 2.9% are applicable for Visa/ Master Card for all online payments.
• American Express card or any other corporate credit cards are not accepted.
• Minimum of two nights should be booked. Number of nights booked will be based on the check IN/ OUT time of the hotel and dates mentioned by the delegates.
• The Hotel (Park Hyatt) Check-out time is 12 Noon and Check -in time is 14.00 Hrs (2PM). Early Check-in and late check- out will be charged on actual.
• The Hotels (Esthell Hotel & Opera Residency) have a 24 hour Check-out policy. Early Check-in and late check- out will be charged on actual.
• The above mentioned special rates are per room per night inclusive of all taxes, bed and buffet breakfast.
• Should there be any change in the hotel/government tax or tariff structure, the revised rate will be charged at the applicable time.
• Allotment will be based on availability and will be prioritized in order of receipt of application along with the payment.
• In case of NO SHOW, there will be no refund.
• Number of rooms are limited and we recommend you to make an early booking otherwise you may not be able to get hotel accommodation at the desired rate.
• Last date for accommodation booking will be 31st August 2015, after which the accommodation will be subject to availability.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION:
• All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to accommodation@apac2015.com Secretariat via E-MAIL.
• All cancellation received on or before 9th July 2015 will be entitled for 50 % of the amount paid (minus Tax & Bank convenience fee)
• All cancellation received between 10th July 2015 – 5th August 2015 will be entitled for only 75% of the amount paid. (minus Tax & Bank convenience fee)
• 100% cancellation charges will apply for the cancellations made after 6th August 2015 and no refund will be made for the same.
• The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
