DELEGATES FEES †
Paper presenters must register as either a Regular participant, even when he/she is a student. The registration deadline for paper presenters is June 30, 2009 to be included in the CD Proceedings distributed at the conference. One person is allowed to make only one oral presentation.
Regular participant †
Includes participation in all Technical sessions and Technical visit, Coffee breaks, 4 Lunces, Ice breaker reception, Book of abstracts, Proceedings CD and Conference Banquet.
Student †
Includes participation in all Technical sessions and Technical visit, Coffee breaks, 4 Lunces, Ice breaker reception, Book of abstracts and Proceedings CD (Excludes Conference Banquet). Paper presenters must register as regular participants.
ACCOMPANYING GUEST FEE †
Accompanying Guest
Includes attendance to Technical visit, Icebreaker reception and Conference Banquet.
PAYMENT †
Payment must be made in Yen.
